




**Job Description** ------------------------- Provide personalized service with the objective of achieving product sales goals, increasing customer portfolio coverage and penetration, and effectiveness in collecting granted credits. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Achieve personal product sales targets (cement, multiproducts, and aggregates) * Prospect new customers, increase recurrence and coverage of current customers. * Maintain a zero overdue portfolio or trending toward zero. * Follow up to ensure good customer service, monitor and report market situations. * Timely delivery of advertising materials to customers. * Provide information regarding operational activities and/or functions performed with customers when requested by the M1000 Auditor. * Perform post-sale service. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Follow collection procedures according to policy. * Avoid holding cash, depositing it on the same day. * Schedule and manage daily orders. * Maintain effective direct communication with the customer. * Deliver folios along with corresponding deposit slips at the end of each day and request new folios. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Administration * Marketing * Industrial Engineering or related field Required Experience: * 1 to 3 years in sales strategies * Negotiation skills Required Knowledge: * Microsoft Excel (intermediate) * Microsoft PowerPoint (intermediate) * Driving experience Critical Competencies: * Decision making * Act with integrity * Customer service * Proactive **Relationships** -------------- Internal: * Portfolio Administrator * Back Office External: * External customers **Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEX** ----------------------------------- At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and operate.
