**A leading agro-industrial company seeks a Warehouse Coordinator** **Job Description** Lead and operate the warehouse network to ensure timely supply of packaging materials to third-party producers and company-owned farms. This role ensures operational continuity, inventory accuracy, full material traceability and food safety, and optimal coordination of the company’s fleet and external carriers. Additionally, it leads initiatives to reduce obsolete stock, improve inventory turnover, and standardize logistics and receiving processes. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch). * Plan and execute delivery of packaging materials to producers and company-owned farms. * Maintain inventory accuracy through periodic reconciliations. * Ensure full traceability and compliance with food safety requirements. * Coordinate relationships with suppliers, including rejections and returns. * Lead warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring safety training. * Control operational expenses and develop contingency plans for peak seasons. **Requirements** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 5–8 years in warehouse/operations management, supervising multiple sites. * Proficiency in ERP systems, traceability, and inventory control. * Experience coordinating fleets and managing carriers. * Skills: leadership, data analysis, decision-making under pressure. * Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): inventory accuracy, on-time delivery performance, obsolete stock reduction, 100% pass rate on safety and food safety audits. * Preferred: Lean / Six Sigma certification, continuous improvement experience, food safety regulations, fluent English.
