Location: The 'Fondant Decorator' position is located in Mexico City. Job Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Mandatory experience in fondant handling, minimum 1 year. Skills: Fondant cake covering and smoothing, sugar flower creation using gum paste, 3D fondant decoration crafting. High standards of aesthetic perception. Cake assembly and on-site presentation at events. Job Responsibilities: Completion and refinement of fondant cakes, with high expectations for perfection. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. Collaborating with the pastry team in developing new recipes and improving existing ones. Assisting with customer service and client interaction as needed.
