DE C.V.** *We are looking for your talent as:* **Wire Rod Operator** **\*** 2 openings for 1st shift (from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) \*2 openings for 2nd shift (from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; initially, training lasts nearly one month on the 1st shift, followed by transfer to the 2nd shift). **General Information:** * This position offers a Weekly Net Salary: from $3000 to $3500, depending on experience in the role. * Overtime pay is provided according to weekly hours worked. * Social security enrollment begins on the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits (Vacation, Vacation Bonus, Year-End Bonus) * Cafeteria service (Only for 1st shift) * Weekly payments via electronic transfer every Friday (the workweek starts on Thursday and ends on Wednesday, with payment made each Friday). **Job Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar activities. * Desired: Training in industrial machinery operation or wire drawing processes. * Experience operating machinery for wire rod or metallic product processing. * Experience in industrial process control and handling metallic materials. * Knowledge of blueprint or technical specification interpretation. * Operation and adjustment of wire drawing, straightening, or cutting machines. * Knowledge of wire rod properties (carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, etc.). * Use of measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, calibrator). * Quality control in metalworking processes. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. * Industrial safety standards and material handling practices. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor wire rod drawing, straightening, cutting, or coiling machines. * Prepare materials and verify wire rod conditions prior to processing. * Adjust operational parameters per technical specifications (speed, tension, diameter, temperature). * Conduct visual inspections of products to detect defects or deviations. * Perform measurements and quality checks during production. * Report malfunctions, deviations, or preventive/corrective maintenance needs. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and personal protective equipment usage requirements. * Record daily production output, operating times, and material consumption.
