Job Summary: We are seeking a Pastry Assistant to prepare, decorate, and assemble bakery and confectionery products while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to cleanliness and maintenance of the work area ***PAstry ASSISTANT*** **Requirements:** * Age: 20 to 30 years old. * Gender: Indifferent. * Education: Junior high school. * Experience: Minimum 6 months in pastry. **Skills:** * Knowledge of pastry product preparation, assembly, and decoration, as well as operation of machinery and utensils in this area. * Attention to detail for precise measurement of ingredients and product decoration. * Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with quality and speed. * Skill to collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members. * Ability to follow recipes and established procedures accurately. * Willingness to alternate between pastry and confectionery tasks as needed. * Commitment to cleanliness and maintenance of the work area. * Flexibility to adapt to change. **Responsibilities:** * Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to established recipes for cakes, jellies, etc. * Prepare and assemble bakery and confectionery products. * Decorate products, ensuring consistent quality and aesthetics. * Maintain the work area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. * Assist in inventory control of supplies and materials, as well as in receiving and storing raw materials. * Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety standards at all times. * Work collaboratively with other pastry and confectionery staff and follow instructions from the head chef or lead pastry chef. **We Offer:** * Net salary: $10,000 to $12,000 per month (based on experience). * Cafeteria service. * Statutory benefits. * Weekly payments. * Excellent working environment. **NOTE:** Send us a message via WhatsApp at 55 2702 4190 with your CV or completed application form and the job title to schedule an interview.
