The selected candidate will participate in user support, group dynamics, mentoring, and development of public speaking and communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES User support and orientation Assistance with reception and follow-up Participation in group talks and dynamics Accompaniment during demonstrative therapies Building trust and delivering positive experiences Support in operational control and group organization Follow-up with frequent users Participation in internal training sessions Progressive development of leadership and communication skills Training to lead groups and coordinate operational activities Salary: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
