




We are looking for a Collections Supervisor for accounts overdue by 90 days or more Responsibilities 1. Ensure compliance with KPIs, call structure, and quality guidelines by the telephone collectors under supervision. 2. Conduct productivity evaluations. 3. Train new employees and provide continuous improvement training for the team. 5. Assist telephone collectors in closing negotiations. 6. Timely follow-up on payment promises. 7. Generate payment agreements. 8. Real-time monitoring and review of recorded calls. 9. Provide feedback to telephone collectors. 11. Develop collection actions to meet targets. Job Offer Base salary of $9,000.00 monthly, non-conditioned Commissions based on full team recovery performance Professional Development Salary increases based on results Requirements: Monday to Friday: Shifts from 9 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 7 PM, or 11 AM to 8 PM; schedule flexibility required Saturday or Sunday: 9 AM to 3 PM Proven experience Advanced Excel skills (test will be administered) Leadership skills Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
