Purchasing Manager \| Food Logistics and Delivery Iztapalapa, CDMX — On-site · Full-time We are seeking a strategic-thinking Purchasing Manager with supplier management experience to join our team at a company dedicated to food logistics and delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **Manage and negotiate with food, ingredient, and material suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms.** Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize costs without compromising food quality or safety. **Oversee the quotation, evaluation, and selection process for suppliers.** Prepare and monitor the purchasing department’s budget. **Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely supply.** Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations (NOM\-251\-SSA1\-2009\) when procuring food products. **Generate supplier performance reports and cost-savings analyses.** **REQUIRED PROFILE** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in food or logistics companies.** Experience in supplier negotiation and supply contracts. **Knowledge of sanitary regulations (NOM\-251\-SSA1\-2009\) is an advantage.** Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, ASPEL, or similar) and advanced Excel. **Leadership skills, effective communication, and results orientation.** **WE OFFER** Competitive salary, negotiable. **Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation days, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and vacation premium (prima vacacional).** Job stability within an established food-sector company. **Opportunity for professional development.** **Do you match this profile?
