GRUPO KASA AUTOMOTRIZ IS SEEKING QUALITY CONTROL Inspect repairs and other services performed on vehicles received in the Service Area to verify compliance with requirements defined in the processes Knowledge * Reports and Statistics * Automotive Mechanics * Mechanical and basic tools. Specific Responsibilities 1) Verify that required automotive parts have been replaced on the vehicle to ensure quality and the dealership's image before the customer. 2) Guarantee repairs to prevent customer complaints. 3) Verify that replaced parts are located in the respective area of the vehicle or within the dealership for return or demonstration to the customer, provided they are not hazardous materials. 4) Conduct tests on repaired vehicles to ensure proper operation and authorize vehicle release. 5) Prepare rework sheets for technician-mechanics and washers whose work does not meet standards, to objectively provide performance feedback and prevent recurrence. 6) Prepare weekly reports on technician-mechanics’ and washers’ performance to propose continuous improvement strategies. 7) Analyze “48-hour follow-up calls” reports to customers to take action and recover dissatisfied customers.
