Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise workshop operations, ensuring service quality and efficiency in maintenance and repair management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of preventive maintenance and expense control. We are seeking a Workshop Manager Responsibilities Coordinate the reception of vehicles entering the Workshop for Maintenance Issue work orders to assign tasks to technicians Inspect vehicles, apply checklists, verify completed work, and validate part and labor quality Record and monitor area expense control in GM Record and monitor compliance with preventive maintenance in GM Track and ensure recording of completed work in GM Conduct internal audits of external yards and external suppliers Control utility vehicle dispatches Follow up on purchase and parts replenishment requests with the Purchasing and Warehouse departments Ensure vehicle release times align with the type of service performed, without exceeding promised timelines Visit monthly all bases where fleet equipment is located for general inspection Coordinate teams and personnel under supervision Guarantee average repair turnaround times First-Time Fix Rate: percentage of jobs completed correctly without rework Compilation of reports and photographic evidence of improper operation and operator negligence for accountability deductions Time availability. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, head
