We are seeking telephone collection advisors. **REQUIREMENTS** · Minimum: incomplete or completed high school education · Basic computer skills · Available shifts: **1\. Full-time**: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Sunday off **2\. Monday–Friday**: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday off **REQUIREMENTS** · Strong verbal communication skills (enjoy interacting with people) · Results-oriented work ethic · Skills: Negotiation, persuasion **WORK LOCATION** · Nezahualcóyotl municipality, a few blocks from the municipal palace **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Personalized service to holders of overdue loans \- Development of collection strategies \- Collection management to reach payment agreements \- Scheduling appointments with loan holders **WE OFFER** · **Paid training from day one** · **Base monthly salary: FULL-TIME $7,000; MONDAY–FRIDAY $6,000 — includes punctuality and attendance bonus + attractive uncapped commissions,** · Excellent work environment · Biweekly payments (on time) · Job stability Professional growth within the company Employment type: Full-time Salary: $7,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed high school (preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (preferred) * Similar position: 1 year (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
