POSITION OFFERED **HVAC Supervisory Engineer | Field Projects** We are seeking an HVAC Supervisory Engineer with proven field experience in HVAC project supervision. You will be responsible for overseeing equipment installation, ensuring technical quality, schedule compliance, and specification adherence across ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning projects. This is a key role requiring leadership, hands-on field experience, and holistic technical insight. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSAcademic Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field · Active professional license (valid credential) Required Experience · Minimum **3 years of experience** in on-site HVAC project supervision · Proven experience leading technical teams in installation and commissioning · Track record in system development projects: ductwork, cooling equipment, air handling units Specialized Technical Knowledge · **Ventilation Systems —** airflow calculation, duct design, pressure standards, inlet and return design · **Industrial Refrigeration —** thermodynamic cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves · **Comprehensive Air Conditioning —** air handling units (AHUs), distribution systems, temperature and humidity control · **Installation and Assembly —** duct specifications (gauges, insulation), refrigerant connections, thermal insulation, welding · **Regulations and Standards —** NOM-008-CONUEE (Energy Efficiency), NOM-121-SCFI (Refrigerant Safety), ANSI/ASHRAE · **Control and Automation —** BMS systems, temperature controllers, sensors, variable frequency drives for fans · **Project Management —** budgeting, scheduling, multidisciplinary coordination, site logbooks, HSE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · **Site Supervision:** Lead technical teams during installation; verify compliance with technical and safety specifications · **Quality Control:** Inspect workmanship: welding, insulation, leveling, system balancing, functionality · **Schedule Management:** Ensure progress per construction plan; report delays; implement corrective actions · **Commissioning:** Supervise functional testing, control calibration, and system commissioning · **Technical Coordination:** Communicate with clients; coordinate with other trades;
