Our team consists of passionate professionals committed to service excellence. • Location: Mexico City and Puebla We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer (entry-level/mid-level) to join us in developing and continuously improving our internal system, focused on inventory control, maintenance, and operational management of devices (CCTV and alarms). The selected candidate will participate in developing new features, optimizing the current system, and providing technical support at both backend and frontend levels. Technical Requirements (Mandatory) • Experience with version control using Git and GitHub • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and Laravel framework • Relational database management (MySQL / MariaDB): SQL queries, basic design, and optimization • Basic knowledge of mobile development with Flutter • Basic networking knowledge (IP, ports, connectivity) • Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems Desirable Requirements (Plus) • Experience with REST APIs • Integration of external systems and services • Experience with local environments such as XAMPP or local servers • Debugging and troubleshooting production issues • Knowledge of deployments (hosting, servers, basic cloud) • User role management and access control Main Responsibilities • Development and maintenance of the CESISS system • Implementation of new features • Optimization of queries and system performance • Integration with mobile applications (Flutter) • Bug fixing and technical support • Participation in system architecture improvements Candidate Profile • Proactive and self-taught • Problem-solving oriented • Interest in learning and professional growth • Teamwork capability • Attention to detail Expected Level Junior / Mid-level profile with prior projects (personal or professional), understanding of real-world system logic, and ability to contribute practical solutions.
