Select appropriate materials considering regulations, sustainability, and resistance during transportation and storage. Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and procurement departments to implement packaging process improvements. Conduct performance testing and failure analysis on packaging. Document technical specifications and maintain updated packaging standards. Propose innovation initiatives aimed at cost reduction and improved customer experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial packaging development.
