




Job Summary Ideas Mobiliarium is seeking a Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to procurement, restocking, storage, and distribution of materials and products. The primary objective is to optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency, ensuring effective and safe functioning of the entire internal logistics chain. This position carries high responsibility, as it directly impacts the sustainability, performance, and profitability of the organization. **Main Responsibilities** · Plan and execute the overall logistics strategy for the warehouse. · Supervise and control inventory, inbound and outbound flows, material turnover, and minimum stock levels. · Manage tools: entry, maintenance, usage, and tracking. · Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, assigning responsibilities, evaluating performance, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on movements, deliveries, and supply. · Collaborate with the production manager and other departments to address new market scenarios. · Lead the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely delivery of purchase orders (PO). · Ensure efficient physical layout and space distribution within the warehouse (logical layout). · Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. · Supervise processes such as picking, warehouse maintenance, and implementation of safety measures. · Prevent duplication of codes and implement a control system that reduces obsolete or unnecessary inventory. · Actively participate in continuous improvement of logistics and storage processes. **Requirements** · Academic: · Completed higher education (preferably in logistics, engineering, administration, or related fields). · Otherwise, minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor. · Technical Skills: · Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (filters, pivot tables, etc.). · Proficient in Internet and email usage. **Availability:** · Flexible schedule and adaptability to job requirements. · 100% on-site at office and warehouse (except under exceptional circumstances). · Others: · Gender indifferent. · Skills and Competencies · Effective communication (oral and written). · Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration. · Practical and efficient problem-solving. · Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making. · Organization and self-discipline. · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time. · Flexibility and willingness for continuous learning. · Responsibility and adherence to established procedures. · Strong leadership, respect for hierarchies, and focus on achieving objectives. · Reliability, punctuality, and dynamism. **How to Apply?** Send your resume in PDF format to the email address: **ere.cisneros@gcdi.com.mx**.
