




SURGICAL INSTRUMENTATION COORDINATION EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Diploma and Professional License) Requirements: Availability of time and ability to travel within the metropolitan area Surgical preparation and knowledge of Spine, Osteosynthesis, and Arthroscopy (desirable) (Minimum 2 years required) Personnel management experience (2 years) Responsibilities: * Management of surgical equipment for the specialties mentioned above. * Instrumentation during surgeries and assistance to physicians. * Sterilization of materials and compliance with each hospital’s processes and procedures. * Preparation of all necessary instruments and materials for surgery, verifying completeness prior to surgical commencement. * Assembly and delivery of medical equipment according to specified requirements. * Completion of inventory intake and withdrawal forms. * Collection of quality assurance surveys. * Supervision of personnel. * Training of personnel. * Quality assurance oversight in operating rooms and coordination with technical staff. * Application of specialized techniques for spinal procedures.
