Job Summary: Responsible for providing technical support, diagnosis, installation, maintenance, and specialized advisory services to customers regarding industrial coding equipment. Technical fault diagnosis and resolution for equipment and applications Job Objective Responsible for providing technical support, diagnosis, installation, maintenance, and specialized advisory services to customers regarding industrial coding equipment, ensuring proper system operation, operational continuity, and customer satisfaction. Functions and Responsibilities * Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of industrial coders. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on TIJ, CIJ, and laser equipment. * Diagnose and resolve technical faults in equipment and applications. * Train customer operators and technical personnel on proper equipment usage. * Provide on-site and remote technical support. * Conduct print tests, application tests, and validations on production lines. * Follow up on service reports and technical tickets. * Prepare technical service and diagnostic reports. * Monitor the proper functioning of inks, solvents, and consumables. * Support the sales department in demonstrations and technical trials. * Identify opportunities for equipment improvement or upgrades at customer sites. * Verify compliance with quality and safety standards during installations. * Maintain constant communication with service, sales, and operations departments. * Manage tools, spare parts, and consumables required for technical services. Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
