The role is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of maintenance services while guaranteeing safety, quality, and timely delivery. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the elevator maintenance technical team. * Plan and assign service routes (preventive and corrective maintenance). * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Track reports, incidents, and emergency services. * Validate diagnostics and support resolution of complex failures. * Monitor response times and service completion rates. * Prepare operational and team performance reports. * Interact with clients and follow up on service delivery. **Requirements** * Technical or engineering degree in electromechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in elevator maintenance. * Prior experience supervising technical personnel. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems. * Willingness to work onsite. **Skills** * Leadership and personnel management * Organization and planning * Problem-solving * Effective communication * Results- and safety-oriented mindset **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Work tools * Ongoing training * Growth opportunities **Application** Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
