Education: **:**Mechanical Engineer / Architect / Related field Experience: Minimum 5 years; experience in correctional facilities preferred. Proficiency in: HVAC installations, design and selection of air conditioning equipment, electrical connections, ductwork, precision equipment, grilles and accessories, measurement equipment. Knowledge of: **Experience** in construction estimators and quantity takeoffs, concept catalogs. Intermediate proficiency in OFFICE\-AUTOCAD Knowledge of standards and specifications, concept catalogs for budget preparation.
