Economic and Financial Compensation **Average monthly income: Between $19,000.00 and $22,000.00 MXN.** **Guaranteed base salary: $13,000.00 MXN per month (gross).** Commission structure: 50% of the value of each consultation generated. Additional bonuses: Up to 20% for performing medical procedures. Timely payments with access to payroll advances. Diagnostic tests: Electrocardiograms and rapid laboratory tests. Candidate Requirements Academic qualification: Medical degree and Professional License **(Mandatory).** Professional openness: Recent graduates with strong sense of responsibility are welcome. Experience: Preferred in first-contact clinics or pharmacy-attached clinics. Skills: Warmth in service delivery, humane patient interaction, and excellent personal presentation.
