Location: Near División del Norte Metro Station, CDMX Hybrid work model Full-time schedule with early Friday dismissal · Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, or related field, with specialization in tax matters. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tax roles, preferably in supervisory or coordination positions. Experience preparing and filing tax returns, as well as managing tax audits. Experience supervising tax teams and tax processes. Proficiency in accounting systems (Contpaq, Aspel, COI, or others). Office suite proficiency (Intermediate-to-advanced Excel: formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.) · Key Responsibilities: Oversee compliance with tax obligations. Coordinate preparation of tax returns. Manage tax documentation. Conduct internal tax audits. Support corporate tax planning. Monitor changes in tax legislation. Supervise proper management of tax payments. Address and resolve internal tax inquiries. Prepare tax reports for management. Control and manage external audits. Manage tax risks. Optimize internal tax processes. Train and develop the tax team.
