




The Organizational Development (OD) Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring strategies, programs, and processes that promote human talent development, strengthening of organizational culture, and continuous improvement in the organization's structure and performance. This role is key to aligning human capital objectives with the company's vision and strategic goals. * Design and implement leadership development, talent management, performance appraisal, and career planning programs. * Coordinate organizational assessments (workplace climate, organizational culture, employee engagement, etc.) and propose action plans. * Drive organizational change strategies and **manage cultural transformation processes**. * Develop and implement policies, procedures, and tools that promote organizational efficiency. * Collaborate with key departments (Human Resources, Management, Internal Communications) to ensure strategic alignment. * Monitor training initiatives, competency development, and employee well-being programs. * Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented interventions through indicators and impact reports.
