Excellent work environment At Imperio Automotriz Abasto, we are looking for a **Quality Process Administrator ADPC**, with an analytical focus, results orientation, and experience in continuous improvement, to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitoring and analysis of quality indicators (KPIs). * Monitoring of customer satisfaction surveys (CSI). * Identification of improvement areas and execution of action plans. * Support in internal audits and compliance with quality standards. * Preparation of reports for management. * Tracking of incidents and customer feedback. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in quality, processes, or continuous improvement. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and follow-up skills. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits * FONACOT * Savings fund * Growth opportunities * Excellent work environment **PHONE** **55\-70\-68\-20\-07** Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $17,617\.99 per month Workplace: On-site employment
