Position Summary: Ensure the agency’s accounting, tax, and financial control, guaranteeing compliance with obligations and providing financial support to operations. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the agency’s accounting and tax control. 2. Responsible for billing and accounts receivable tracking. 3. Preparation of financial statements and reports for management. Position Objective: Ensure proper accounting, tax, and financial control of the agency, guaranteeing compliance with tax obligations, control over recruitment service billing (e.g., placement fees, socioeconomic studies, psychometric testing, etc.), and financial support to operations. Main Responsibilities \* Accounting recording of the agency’s income and expenses. \* Preparation and control of accounting journal entries. \* Bank reconciliations. \* Issuance and control of invoices for recruitment services (placement fees, socioeconomic studies, psychometric testing, etc.). \* Accounts receivable tracking and collections. \* Accounts payable control. \* Tax calculation and filing (Income Tax [ISR], Value-Added Tax [IVA], withholdings). \* Preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax returns to the Tax Administration Service (SAT). \* Payroll calculation and stamping for internal staff. \* Preparation of financial statements and reports for management. \* Control and safekeeping of issued and received CFDIs (Digital Fiscal Receipts). \* Support during audits and tax-related requests. \* Assistance in cost and profitability analysis per client or project. \* Review of tax receipts (CFDIs). Requirements \* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree certificate/professional license required). \* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. \* Experience in recruitment agencies, professional services, or consulting firms (preferred). \* Proficiency in SAT systems, CFDIs, taxes, electronic accounting, payroll, IMSS, DIOT, IDSE reconciliations, ISN 4%, IMSS and INFONAVIT verification, REPSE. \* Intermediate Excel proficiency. \* Experience with at least one accounting system (e.g., CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAP, or others).
