**Location:** Valle de Chalco, State of Mexico **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 17:00 hrs **Salary:** $30,000 - $35,000 net monthly + Statutory Benefits **Modality:** On-site (Plant) **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Manage and supervise HR strategies and operations at the plant, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient personnel administration, and strengthening a work culture focused on productivity, industrial safety, and employee engagement. **Solid experience in Payroll is essential.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Administer **recruitment and selection** processes, ensuring the attraction of qualified talent. * Supervise **payroll, incidents, and attendance** (approximately 200 employees). * Control and update **employment documentation** according to internal and external audits. * Coordinate **training, performance evaluations, and organizational development programs.** * Ensure compliance with **Industrial Safety and STPS audits.** * Promote **effective communication and participative leadership** within the plant. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years as HR Manager or HR Coordinator in manufacturing companies. * **Age:** 30 to 45 years (preferred). * **Availability:** Full-time, 100% on-site work. **TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** * Proficiency in **payroll and incidents**, attendance control, and legal compliance. * Experience in **recruitment using digital tools and artificial intelligence.** * Handling of **document control** and labor audits. * Knowledge of **Industrial Safety and STPS audits.** * Application and interpretation of **psychometric assessments.** * Advanced use of **Human Resources management systems.** **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES** * Operational and strategic leadership. * Analytical skills and decision-making ability. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Organization, responsibility, and results orientation. * Empathy and commitment to the plant environment.
