**Systems Manager** We are seeking a **HEAD OF PROGRAMMING** with experience coordinating development teams and implementing information security. The candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of programmers, providing support and updates to internal, external, web, and mobile platforms, and protecting the technological infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the development team, primarily focused on Laravel. * Review code quality and apply best programming practices. * Manage cloud infrastructure (Laravel Cloud, Google Cloud). * Implement and monitor information security measures. * Administer team development tasks and timelines. * Conduct change audits and version control. * Provide general technical support and ensure optimal system performance. **Requirements:** * Solid experience with Laravel and coordinating development teams. * Knowledge of Flutter for mobile applications. * Experience managing infrastructure on Laravel Cloud and Google Cloud. * Proficiency in information security and data protection. * Leadership skills and experience managing technology projects. * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * Experience: Minimum experience in similar roles. * Personnel management experience. **We Offer:** * Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Salary range: $23,000–$28,000 base monthly, plus PL (year-end bonus, vacation pay, vacation premium). * Direct employment by the company. * Positive work environment. * Job stability.
