We are a dynamic, continuously growing team committed to innovation and delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Position Mission** Ensure the company's financial and operational health through efficient management of administrative, budgetary, and fiscal resources, ensuring regulatory compliance and informed decision-making that supports organizational growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze cash flow and coordinate financial decisions with Senior Management. * Design and maintain administrative performance dashboards with KPIs for effectiveness and efficiency. * Supervise payroll processing, verifying alignment with the authorized staffing plan. * Administer project-level budgetary control (cost centers). * Manage supplier relationships and negotiate financing terms and periods. * Supervise invoicing, collections, payments, and bank reconciliations. * Ensure timely provision of resources to active projects. * Prepare the overall budget and implement cost-saving and expense-control programs. * Guarantee compliance with tax obligations before the Tax Administration Service (SAT). **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain continuous oversight of the company’s liquidity and profitability. * Deliver clear and timely financial reports to General Management. * Coordinate training and competency development programs for the team under supervision. * Ensure compliance with current tax regulations (Fiscal Miscellany, CFDI, Anti-Money Laundering, NIF). * Serve as the primary contact point for accountants, auditors, and tax authorities. **Position Requirements** * Education: Certified Public Accountant or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, duly certified. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in finance and/or administration. * Knowledge: Title III of the Income Tax Law (LISR), NIF B\-16/E\-2, Fiscal Miscellany, electronic accounting, CFDI, Anti-Money Laundering (PLD). * Tools: Advanced Excel, accounting systems, payroll systems, ISN, IMSS, SUA, IDSE. * Competencies: Proactivity, professional ethics, attention to detail, results orientation. **What We Offer** * Salary: $22,000 MXN gross per month. * Work Modality: 100% on-site. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Work Location: Iztacalco, one street away from Foro Sol. * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
