+ Review and monitor internal and external on-time delivery statistics.
+ Resolve account setup issues, credit authorization, credit notes, billing prices, and any discrepancies with the credit and collections department (in the absence of the Sales Administrative Manager).
+ Control and manage new projects, providing necessary information to the Engineering department for their development (in the absence of the Sales Administrative Manager).
+ File and analyze the weekly aging balances report.
+ Ensure that sales representatives' files are complete and clearly define each client's requirements (general file, individual per salesperson, client folder when applicable, and regular client folder). Analyze and review invoicing, account setups, delivery slips, memos, etc.
+ Analyze and review sales representatives' documentation.
+ Fully verify and control the administrative operations of the sales department.
+ Provide support and perform any other related tasks assigned.
