A growing Mexican company specializing in retail sales is looking for its new **District Manager** to lead multiple branches in CDMX and the State of Mexico. What will you do in this role? * Supervise and manage branch managers. * Ensure achievement of targets, KPIs, and unit profitability. * Design and implement commercial strategies. * Audit inventories and maintain proper branch image. * Ensure high-level customer service. * Analyze market trends and propose growth plans. What are we looking for in you? * **Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering (completed).** * **3+ years as District or Zone Manager (retail experience mandatory).** * Intermediate Excel skills, CRM proficiency. * Leadership ability, conflict management, results-oriented mindset. * Willingness to travel daily between branches. * Valid driver’s license.
