




**CHIPILLO GROUP IS SEEKING TALENT, WE REQUIRE:** **BRANCH ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR** **Requirements:** · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; graduated or currently completing studies. · **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in administrative, coordination, or operational control positions. · **Knowledge of:** Accounting, expense and budget control, inventory management, payroll and attendance processes. · Office suite (Intermediate–advanced Excel). · Administrative systems (desirable) **Functions and responsibilities:** · **Administrative and financial control:** Monitor rational use of branch material and financial resources; manage funds, petty cash, budgets, and expense verification; prepare and follow up on administrative reports and statements. · **Operational control:** Supervise daily operations recording, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls; coordinate with operational areas to guarantee adherence to institutional processes. · **Personnel and payroll management:** Record staff attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, leave requests); prepare preliminary payroll, commission calculations, and vacation tracking. · **Inventory and warehouse management:** Verify physical inventories and reconcile them with the system; identify and report discrepancies in products or materials. **Skills and competencies:** · Organization and administrative control · Information analysis and decision-making · Effective communication and teamwork · Sense of responsibility and confidentiality · Results orientation and problem-solving Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 hours; Saturdays, 08:30 to 15:00 hours. **We offer:** · Monthly base salary · Monthly attendance bonus · Food vouchers · Statutory benefits from day one · Life insurance · Savings fund · Direct employment contract with the company. **Interested candidates should apply through this channel.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $14,500.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
