We are a company dedicated to the sale of machinery for industrial applications, specializing in providing solutions for the packaging, container, and shipping industries. We offer machinery, spare parts, consumables, and specialized technical service—both domestic and imported. At present, we are in the process of selecting a **Warehouse Manager** to join our team—a committed, organized individual with operational leadership skills who wishes to become part of a continuously growing company. **Job Objective:** Efficiently execute daily warehouse operations, ensuring correct receipt, storage, physical inventory control, packaging, and delivery of machinery, spare parts, and equipment, in accordance with logistics planning. **Required Profile:** * Completed junior high school or high school. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial warehouses (machinery, spare parts, technical products). * Experience as warehouse supervisor or responsible person. * Valid Class A driver's license. * Proficiency in operating forklifts and hydraulic pallet jacks. * Strong command of physical inventory control (mandatory). * Experience using ERP or inventory management systems. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills. * Operational, orderly, responsible, and reliable profile. * Ability to supervise operational staff. **Key Responsibilities:** * Physically receive domestic and imported goods and verify against invoices and purchase orders. * Record receipts and shipments in the system according to established guidelines. * Organize, classify, label, and identify supplies, spare parts, and machinery within the warehouse. * Maintain up-to-date physical inventory control. * Conduct periodic physical inventories and report discrepancies to the Logistics Manager. * Prepare, package, and dispatch orders per authorized requisitions. * Coordinate shipments via courier services and special deliveries. * Physically inspect products prior to shipment and report anomalies or damage. * Coordinate machinery deliveries with the Engineering department for testing or installation. * Transfer materials between warehouses or to customers when required and authorized by Logistics. * Timely report low inventory levels for replenishment, accounting for procurement lead times. * Supervise and coordinate the warehouse assistant. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety. * Execute processes defined by the Logistics and Inventory departments. * Perform other job-related duties as previously assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly base salary of $15,000 MXN. * Direct employment with the company. * Weekly payroll payments. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Punctuality and attendance bonus of 115 MXN per week. * Provision of uniforms and safety equipment. * Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends off. * Growth opportunities. **Important:** Only candidates meeting the minimum requirements will be considered.
