At **Coffee Matters México**, a leading company in comprehensive solutions for the coffee industry, we are seeking a **Warehouse and Importations Manager** to ensure the order, flow, and control of our products—from their arrival from Italy to final delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving, organizing, and controlling incoming and outgoing goods. * Inventory supervision, timely restocking, and physical/documentary control. * Coordination of imports: shipment tracking, communication with customs agents, and verification of documentation. * Control of invoices, delivery notes, and import permits. * Organization of storage spaces, continuous improvement in storage processes, and logistical control. * Collaboration with **purchasing, logistics, technical support, and production** departments to ensure proper flow of materials and spare parts. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in warehousing, logistics, or import operations. * Graduate or near-graduate in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade**, or related field. * Proficiency in **Excel** and/or inventory systems (preferably **ODOO**). * Basic knowledge of **import processes and customs documentation**. * A **responsible, organized, analytical individual with operational leadership skills**. * Flexible availability and service-oriented attitude. **We Offer** * **Competitive salary based on experience ($18,000 to $20,000 MXN monthly)**. * **Statutory benefits from day one**. * Continuous training and real growth opportunities. * The chance to be part of a **dynamic, specialized, and expanding industry**. * A committed, collaborative work environment passionate about coffee.
