Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on laboratory equipment, electrical installations, and provide infrastructure and hydrosanitary services. Key Highlights: 1. Critical equipment management and specialized laboratory maintenance. 2. Design and implementation of high-precision electrical installations. 3. Technical support for plumbing and general facility maintenance. **Main Responsibilities** * *Critical Equipment Management:* * Preventive and corrective maintenance of **heating plates** and specialized laboratory equipment. * Ensuring uninterrupted power supply through monitoring and replacement of **UPS batteries**. * Maintenance and commissioning of emergency **power generator sets**. * *High-Precision Electrical Installations:* * Design and implementation of specialized electrical installations. * Diagnosis and repair of faults in electrical panels and lighting systems. * *Infrastructure and Services:* * Technical support for **plumbing** and laboratory hydrosanitary services. * General preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned facility downtime. **Technical Competencies** * *Industrial Electricity:* Advanced knowledge of voltages, loads, and protection of sensitive equipment. * *Electromechanical Maintenance:* Ability to repair motors, emergency generators, and heating systems. * *Backup Systems:* Operation and configuration of industrial-grade UPS and voltage regulators.
