Minimum Experience: 7 years as a Procurement Manager and 3 years in metal-mechanical companies. **Objective:** Ensure timely and efficient supply of inputs and services required for operations; optimizing costs, guaranteeing maximum quality, developing suppliers, and managing supply chain risks. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement procurement strategies to secure supply of critical materials. * Coordinate with production and engineering departments to ensure material flow and prevent shortages. * Supervise inbound logistics and purchase order fulfillment. * Maintain historical pricing records for raw materials, components, and equipment. * Implement, maintain, and improve procurement department procedures. * Develop performance indicators and KPIs for the department and team members under supervision. * Support internal and external audits of the Integrated Management System and ASME standards. * Lead and supervise the procurement team across headquarters, plant, and site locations. * Negotiate price, quality, volume, and delivery timelines with domestic and international suppliers. * Analyze trends in the metal-mechanical market to anticipate price changes and secure optimal contracts. * Develop and evaluate suppliers, selecting those that meet required quality and capacity standards. **Competencies:** Negotiation skills, resource management, integrity. **Knowledge:** Technical knowledge of materials, ISO 9001, 14001, and 37001 standards, basic ASME standards, fundamentals of international trade, market trend analysis.
