




Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Coordinator to coordinate import operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize processes across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of import operations for materials and machinery. 2. Ensuring regulatory compliance and document management. 3. Effective communication and training in international trade. A growing company dedicated to the processing, marketing, and distribution of vegetables through cold-chain and frozen logistics is seeking an **Import Coordinator**. (Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field), with a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the fresh food, mass consumption, or retail industries. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate import operations for materials, machinery, and spare parts, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and proper document management. Monitor customs brokers and suppliers to guarantee timely and accurate clearance; track inventory levels to maintain optimal supply and prevent risks of fines or delays. Additionally, implement and supervise import-related processes, audits, and reporting, maintaining effective communication with internal departments and supporting staff training on international trade topics. **Language Requirement:** Advanced English (minimum 90% proficiency in both written and spoken). **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **Training Requirements:** Customs law and international trade regulations, export promotion programs, documentation control for imports of packaging materials and machinery, knowledge of export procedures. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field.
