**Export Account Executive** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, International Relations or related field. * Experience: 1 to 2 years in customs-related activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation and data entry of proforma invoices and import customs declarations, in accordance with Annex 22 of the General Rules of the Customs Law (RGCE), using the SLAM / Aduanet M3 system. * Preparation and data entry of shipments, as well as individual customs declarations, RT codes, A1 codes, among others. * Transmission and review of information sent to COVE and E-documents. * Timely and formal client service (consistent communication via email; telephone calls; and our other official communication tools). * Opening and closing of consolidated customs declarations. * Addressing client inquiries and requests, ensuring correct application of customs regulatory frameworks. * Maintaining communication with clients until goods are released by Customs. * Generating and submitting, on time and accurately, client operation files to billing, in full compliance with our internal processes and operational procedures. * Ongoing communication with U.S. customs brokers to request pre-filings. * Direct communication with carriers and follow-up on CCP preparation, as well as dispatch document submission. **Skills** * Strong verbal communication skills * Proactive * Results-oriented * Dynamic * Customer service orientation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
