**\*\* IMPORTANT CUSTOMS AGENCY\*\*** **WE ARE LOOKING FOR: "AIR TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE** **Position Objective:** To act as the operational liaison between the client and the organization, ensuring that the offered service is delivered within the previously established time, cost, and quality parameters, aiming for customer satisfaction and the security of our license. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out the preparation of customs entries and customs clearance procedures related to assigned operations, adhering to all established company procedures, applicable legal regulations, and those agreed upon with the external client * Request information and/or documents from both the external client and internal departments involved in the operation * Maintain constant communication with internal clients, suppliers, and other departments involved in the operation * Monitor the progress of the operation, customs clearance, and final delivery (when applicable) * Deliver complete documentation for each cleared operation on time and report associated expenses to the accounting department for billing * Prepare internal reports and reports for the external client throughout the entire operational process, from initiation to completion (type of information reported varies depending on the assigned operation) * Customer service **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or similar (in progress or completed) * 3 years of experience in a similar position, air operations * Work location: AICM Customs Zone **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (fixed) Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: Up to $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Comprehensive major medical insurance * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site
