Positive work environment At **JASPI**, we are looking for a **Technical Support Assistant** to join our team and provide support in attending to, maintaining, and configuring technological equipment. **Responsibilities** * Provide first-level technical support to users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. * Install and configure equipment (PCs, mini PCs, monitors, printers, peripherals). * Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance. * Perform basic network configuration and WiFi connection setup. * Record and track technical incidents. * Support operational activities related to technology. **Requirements** * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (in progress or completed). * Basic knowledge of: * Windows operating systems. * Hardware and peripherals. * Basic networking. * Service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills. * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Prior technical support experience is desirable but not mandatory. **We Offer** * **Base monthly salary of $9,582.00** * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for career growth. * **Schedule:** **Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $9,582,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
