Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative Project Coordinator with experience in design, quotations, and customer and supplier management to supervise deliveries and installations. PROJECT COORDINATOR Architect, Engineer, Decorator, etc. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree preferably in Architecture (or related field) * Experience in drafting plans * Proficiency in Office software (primarily Excel) * Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. * Prior experience in commercial projects preferred Salary + Commissions: $18,000 Base Monthly Salary: $12,000 Variable Commissions: $6,000 to $8,000 per month. La Viga N° 1265, Iztacalco, CDMX Responsibilities: drafting plans in AutoCAD, preparing quotations in Excel, placing orders for customers and suppliers, site visits for verification and measurement taking, follow-ups and customer service via phone, in person, WhatsApp, email, etc.; supervision of deliveries and installations; purchase orders and shipments with suppliers. Proactive, Creative, Performance Under Pressure, Service Orientation, Communication, Adherence to Procedures. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Two Saturdays per month: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
