Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a mobile telecommunications company, responsible for inventory control, invoicing, and order management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive inventory and invoicing management 2. Order handling and tracking on marketplaces 3. General administrative support 100% Mexican company specializing in the sale of unlocked mobile phones. Currently seeking: Administrative Assistant Bachelor's degree incomplete or completed in Administration or Accounting. REQUIREMENTS * 1 year of experience in administrative roles (warehouse control, invoicing) * Proficiency in ERP Odoo 16 (Sales, Purchases, Inventory, and Accounting modules). Not mandatory * Electronic invoicing 4.0 (CFDI, payment complements) * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas) * Knowledge of marketplace operations (desirable) * Strong email and digital platform management skills RESPONSIBILITIES * Inventory control and tracking in warehouse (receipts, shipments, adjustments) * Client invoicing via ERP Odoo * Management of credit notes, cancellations, and payment complements * Order handling, tracking, and invoicing on marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc.) * Warranty control and tracking, coordinating with suppliers or internal departments * Validation and updating of files for customer and supplier onboarding * General administrative support to other departments as required WE OFFER \- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM \- Statutory benefits \- Gross monthly salary between $15,000.00 Salary: $15,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Invoicing and related functions: 2 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
