Dynamic and solution-oriented role in out-of-home advertising and events Work Location: Coyoacán, CDMX Work Mode: On-site Availability for occasional travel and fieldwork Job Description A leading BTL advertising agency is seeking a BTL Production Assistant to support the execution, supervision, and operational coordination of advertising campaigns and field activations. We seek a dynamic, organized, and solution-oriented individual with interest in professional growth within BTL production, events, and out-of-home advertising. This position provides direct support to the Senior Producer in coordinating setups, logistics, supplier supervision, and operational campaign tracking. Main Responsibilities Support in coordinating and executing BTL campaigns and out-of-home advertising Supervision of advertising setups and installations Supplier and operational staff follow-up Coordination of access, permits, and logistics Support in field activations, events, and setups Supervision of materials, printing, and implementation Preparation of reports and photographic evidence Tracking of schedules and execution timelines Monitoring of campaigns and resolution of operational incidents Sourcing and validation of locations for advertising campaigns Requirements Minimum Education: Completed high school diploma Minimum 1 year of experience in: BTL Production Activations Events Out-of-home Advertising Field Operations Trade Marketing Basic/Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills Proficiency with digital tools; MAC ecosystem familiarity preferred Valid driver’s license (standard and automatic) Flexible working hours Availability for operational and field work Availability for occasional travel Desired Profile Organized Proactive Solution-oriented Sense of urgency Responsible Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure Operational focus and attention to detail We Offer Monthly gross salary of $15,000 Quarterly performance and campaign bonuses Statutory benefits Savings fund Grocery vouchers Punctuality and attendance bonus Life insurance and major medical expense coverage after probation period Overtime pay Professional development within the BTL production area Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM With availability for events, nighttime setups, and weekends as operationally required.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 22 and 35 years Keywords: assistant, helper, auxiliary, aux, assistant, helper, aide, production, produce, fabrication, manufacturing, elaboration, making, manufacturing, production
