




Job Summary: We are seeking an Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) focused on monitoring and resolving software issues, with experience in operating systems, databases, and web development. Role: Application Support Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) Work Mode and Schedule (subject to client consideration): Option 1: Hybrid — 2 days per week in office (9:00–18:00) in CDMX Option 2: Night Shift — 100% remote, working 21:00–8:00 the next day, on a rotating schedule of 4 nights on duty followed by 4 nights off.
