




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Software Developer with an API Governance profile, focused on API quality and interested in architecture, interoperability, and technological governance. Analytical ability, attention to detail, and technical understanding are required to validate contracts, standards, and integration guidelines. Ideal for profiles interested in architecture, interoperability, microservices, and technological governance within enterprise ecosystems. Key Responsibilities or Functions: Definition, review, and validation of REST API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger. Support in governance and control of the lifecycle of APIs and microservices. Validation of API design standards, versioning, and quality. Participation in technical reviews with development, architecture, and security teams. Documentation and maintenance of the API and microservices catalog. Tracking of technical findings and remediation plans. Support in automation and review of API contracts within CI/CD pipelines. Participation in onboarding and adoption of APIs across the corporate ecosystem. Preparation of technical documentation and tracking of API-related metrics. Technical Specifications: Knowledge of REST API design and governance. Experience in defining and validating OpenAPI/Swagger contracts (YAML/JSON). Basic/intermediate knowledge of microservices architecture. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Basic/intermediate knowledge of Java. Understanding of event-driven architecture concepts and inter-service communication. Proficiency with Git and version control (branching, merging, versioning). Knowledge of JSON and YAML. Desirable knowledge of tools such as: API Management platforms like Apigee. Collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. Excel for tracking, metrics, and catalog management. Desirable experience in validation of technical standards and architectural guidelines. Desirable knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation of API validations.
