Job Responsibilities: -Analyze potential solutions for internal and external customer requirements. -Provide technological and business solutions. -Meet agreed-upon deadlines. -Ensure developers have all necessary resources to implement new functionality on the platform. -Create flowcharts. -Business process modeling. -Experience in functional specification of new requirements. -Commitment – Task completion. -Results-oriented – Task-focused. -Business scenario analysis. -Experience using project management tools (Jira). Requirements: -Experience: 1–3 years as a Systems Analyst or in similar roles. -Technical Education: * Proficiency in programming languages and database management. -Knowledge of data analysis and project management tools. -Basic understanding of UX/UI to enhance user experience. -Regulatory Knowledge (Desirable/Required): -Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015). -Knowledge of Risk Management and Information Security (ISO 27001). -Understanding of Service Management (ISO 20000-1).
