




IT Assistant We are looking for a Technical Support Assistant in IT (Technician) with knowledge of technical user support (equipment functionality, office applications, technical problem resolution, data entry and database updates) for a wholesale candy and confectionery distributor. The position is on-site at our offices located at Central de Abasto Iztapalapa. Requirements: Technician in technical support or computer systems or Recent graduate / Incomplete degree - Experience in technical user support Proficiency in Office (Excel and Word) General responsibilities: (Training will be provided) ✅ Provide technical support to internal clients (branches and administrative departments) via phone, email, or online chat. ✅ Resolve hardware and software issues on desktop computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. ✅ Install and configure software and operating systems. ✅ Perform preventive maintenance on company equipment and software to prevent unexpected failures. ✅ Train team members and/or clients on the use of specific software or equipment. ✅ Apply security practices to protect company systems and customer data. ✅ Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and their status. ✅ Communicate effectively with internal clients and other team members. We offer a salary of: $2,500 net per week $2,200 monthly bonus based on productivity Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (paid Saturday shifts) Statutory benefits and free cafeteria service Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,200.00 per month Work location: On-site position
