




IMA INGENIERIA is seeking your technical talent. JOB OBJECTIVE Supervise and coordinate fieldwork teams, as well as provide technical solutions for maintenance, construction, refrigeration, and HVAC&R. Report to the Operations Management on all ongoing projects and resolve any issues encountered. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES **ADMINISTRATIVE:** Proficiency in basic computer equipment; preparation of reports. **STRATEGIC:** Decision-making, project coordination, personnel management, leadership capability, reporting to senior management. **INSTITUTIONAL:** Personnel management, requesting reports, commitment, service-oriented attitude, courteous conduct, background and experience in maintenance and construction—preferably within the restaurant industry—as well as punctuality and frustration tolerance. **OPERATIONAL:** Knowledge of construction materials; familiarity with tools; certified knowledge of air conditioning; experience leading work teams; knowledge of construction trades; proficiency in low-voltage electricity; proficiency in refrigeration. AREA MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide technical support to meet customer needs—including kitchen equipment and building maintenance—within required timeframes. 2. Coordinate work teams across various projects. 3. Supervise all company’s ongoing projects. 4. Install special projects. 5. Report on all projects to the Operations Management. 6.
