Initially, this role will focus on biometric systems implementation, administration, and control. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users (hardware and software). * Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment and peripherals. * Assist with basic network administration. * Participate in biometric systems implementation and management. * Provide support for internal tools and systems (ERP, SAP). **Requirements** * 1–2 years of experience in technical support or equipment maintenance. * Basic knowledge of networks, software installation, and peripheral configuration. * SAP knowledge (desirable). * Interest in biometric systems, security cameras, and ERP. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and results-driven mindset. **We Offer** * Salary: $18,000–$20,000 MXN monthly (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly payroll. * Schedule: Monday to Friday. * Professional development opportunity. **Location:** Hidalgo #103, Col.
