




Job Summary: Oversee engineering development from its initial stage through to catalog delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of engineering execution and functionality on site 2. Integration of specifications for project optimization 3. Validation of quality and optimization in specification changes **Responsibilities** Define infrastructure requirements for projects; manage engineering development from inception through to catalog delivery for bidding per discipline to be executed, ensuring compliance with current regulations and operational needs; supervise engineering execution considering interdependencies among disciplines to minimize on-site impact while verifying functionality and safety; manage receipt of as-built drawings and support administrative closeout and project commissioning. **Functions** * Identify and specify engineering scopes and review installation catalogs delivered by contractors, supported by the Engineering and Infrastructure Department; confirm catalogs submitted in Uniformat according to Target Cost, standardizing by comfort category type and market study based on the unit’s location. * Jointly develop specifications with the Engineering and Infrastructure Department to meet project requirements without over-specification, reflected during the pre-construction phase. * Reduce costs during definition of newly created projects. * On-site supervision to validate specified quality, good construction practices, and on-site solutions not foreseen in design; as well as optimize on-site specification changes representing opportunities for improvement. Also authorize contractor progress volume measurements. **Highest Level of Education** Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering **Relevant Field of Study** Electromechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Administrator Engineer **Language** English – 70% **Technical Knowledge** Electromechanical technologies, quantity take-offs and measurements, generator review, review of concept catalogs, integration of comparative tables, benchmarking, electromechanics. **Equipment / Machinery / Software Proficiency:** Windows Office: Advanced Excel, Intermediate Word, Outlook, Advanced AutoCAD, Intermediate Revit, Project. **Years of Experience in Similar Position** 3–5 Years – Electromechanical Supervisor 2–4 Years – Electromechanical Specification Specialist Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $44,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
