Hybrid. **What We Seek?** * Over 5 to 8 years of experience as: Head of Operations for Private Security, Physical Security Manager, Director of Security Operations, Security Account Manager, General Security Coordinator, Security Manager, or Corporate Protection Manager. * Technical degree (TSU) or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Criminology, or National Security. * Over 5 years of experience in private security (surveillance and guarding, access control, electronic security, cash-in-transit, executive protection, guards, monitoring (C5/Alarm Monitoring Centers)). * Knowledge of Mexico’s Federal Law on Private Security and local regulations; compliance with the Secretariat of Public Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC). * 5 years of experience managing workforce operations (over 100 personnel), action protocols (security and emergency), contract and budget administration, risk assessment and contingency planning, training programs, standard operating procedures, business continuity plans (BCP), supplies, etc. 5 years of experience in administration and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) such as: billing, ROI, assets, headcount, training, response times, patrols, Knowledge of Electronic Systems: CCTV (VMS), video analytics, biometrics, GPS, and asset telemetry. * Proficiency in Excel; highly desirable: Secusoft, Evidence, Soter, LinkaForm, and Kizeo Forms. * Preferred courses or certifications: CPP (Certified Protection Professional) from ASIS International (highly valued); PSP (Physical Security Professional); Risk Management Certification (ISO 31000\) **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Software Development / Programming **Skills:** * Intramural custodians, CCTV * GPS-based security response * Executive protection, surveillance, monitoring * Cash-in-transit, risk management * Operational reporting, legal compliance *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69b607c33e000032005577ce\&source\=indeed*
