Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical degree in Systems/Communications. Minimum Experience: Windows and Linux administration (1 year) Active Directory management (users, policies, resources) – 2 years Telecommunications (PBX, IP switches, VoIP gateways) – 1 year Computer and printer equipment maintenance – 1 year Technical Knowledge: Networks and structured cabling Server virtualization Telephony, printing, and hardware Office productivity software ISO 27001 (preferred) Key Responsibilities · Manage and track IT-related CAU incidents. Administer technological infrastructure and hardware inventories. Supervise and coordinate technical staff. Monitor vendors, contracts, warranties, and IT services. Prepare productivity reports, performance indicators, and recurring failure analyses. Manage assets in GMAO / Mansis XXI system. Manage consumables, spare parts, and department supplies. Participate in budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.
